1. Provide related policies, regulations and other documents for the state, provincial, municipal and personnel departments.

2. Assist the employer to make plans for enterprise personnel development, talent training, organization setting and staff assessment.

3. Provided salary plan, personnel change plan, personnel evaluation, personnel dispute mediation and other planning for the personnel department of the enterprise, and provided consulting services.

4. Responsible for talent recruitment, online recruitment information, talent information query and other supporting services required by employers.

5. In accordance with relevant policies and regulations, be responsible for the collection, identification and sorting of personnel files and related personnel file materials used by the employer.

6. Handle the administrative examination for personal affairs, public affairs and foreign affairs of the employees of the employing unit and issue various documents based on archives according to relevant provisions.

7. Responsible for the employment, withdrawal, and contract visa matters of the employer's employees.

8. Pay wages on behalf of the employer, withhold and pay personal adjustment tax on behalf of the employer, and provide social pooling insurance (pension, medical treatment, work-related injury, unemployment insurance, housing provident fund) for the employees of the employer.

9. Responsible for the transfer procedures of graduates from universities and technical secondary schools, as well as the identification of professional and technical qualifications and declaration of professional title evaluation.

10. Undertake other matters related to personnel management.
