2. Maintenance (repair) maintenance service

(1) the company will be fully responsible for the operation and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment in the service area. All operation, maintenance and regular maintenance will be done by the management department technicians under the supervision of the company's senior technicians.

(2) the company will prepare short-term and long-term repair plans, establish quality standards for mechanical and electrical maintenance, and keep various maintenance reports for inspection.

(3) select appropriate maintenance contractors to carry out regular and large-scale maintenance plans (such as elevator maintenance), which will be prepared by the company and checked for approval by the customer.

(4) provide high-quality, cheap and timely paid maintenance services for indoor facilities in the service area.

3. Gardening maintenance and festival decoration

(1) arrange horticulture maintenance staff or contractors in the service area to handle the daily maintenance of horticultural landscape, and select suppliers to supply timely potted plants to improve the community environment.

(2) during specific festivals, such as Mid-Autumn festival, Spring Festival, etc., the layout of the residential area will be arranged, and all plans will be implemented after the approval of the customer.

4. Public relations

(1) regularly communicate with customers and collect opinions, maintain friendly relations with all parties, and promote smooth operation of service area management.

(2) keep in contact with relevant government departments, and play an immediate role in case of special events or situations.

5. Community cultural services

The company will plan rich and diversified community culture projects for the service area to improve the cultural connotation of the community and enrich the cultural life of the community residents.
